What is
stock photography?
Stock photography
is existing photography that can be used for print and web ads, in books
,magazines, news, brochures, on websites, packaging and in a large number of
custom applications. Using an image that already exists saves
you the time and expense of a custom photo shoot.
What does
'Rights Managed' mean?
You are granted a licence for a ONE TIME NON-EXCLUSIVE USE - This
means that you can use the image for one type of publication or web
domain only. If you use the image in a brochure, you do not have the
right to create a new product such as a magazine ad which uses the same
image.
Can I get exclusivity on a particular image?
Yes, Rights Managed images can be purchased with exclusive rights. Just use the contact page to send me a message.
Can I buy prints?Yes, you can. Just let me know which image, in what format and I'll make you an offer.
You can pick it up at my office or it'll be send to your home.
What format
are the photos in?
All images are in
JPG format.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, just send an
e-mail with
your data (company name, address, VAT-Number,...) and I'll send you the
invoice.
I'm
unable to pay online, can I still purchase your
pictures?No problem, just send me an e-mail with
the photo-id of the image(s) you would like to
buy.
Where can I use the pictures?
You may use the
photos as described in our 'Terms and
Conditions' or in short; in
or on - Websites
CD or
DVD cover art, magazines, newspapers, books, book covers, ebooks,
textbooks.
- On
letterhead, business cards, advertising or promotional posters, pamphlets,
brochures, catalogs, brochures, pop up and/or panel displays for use in
conventions and trade shows, provided that the Image is not used as and does not
function as a trademark, service mark or logo or as an element thereof.
- Incorporated into
software as a background image or splash screen.
- Multimedia
presentations

Does the image I download have a
watermark on it?
No, purchased
photos will not be watermarked.
Can I sell the photos that I
download?
No, you may not
sell the photos that you have downloaded. You can use them in design elements -
but not offer them for resale or
distribution.
Can I use
photos that I download in work-for-hire?
Yes. You can use
any photo from for a customer/client project. Please indicate to your client
that they do not own and do not have the rights to sell the individual
photographs.
Can I create an online gallery of
your photos?
No, you may not
create online galleries of our photos. We maintain an online gallery, and users
can be referred directly to our website.
